When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your package is delivered to USPS, it will take 2-4 business days for it to arrive at your front door. Orders placed after 12PM Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday. USPS does not deliver packages on Sundays or holidays.

How do I know the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with your USPS tracking number. To track your order, you can click the tracking number link in the email or you can go to usps.com and enter your tracking number manually.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back due to an incorrect address.

As of 3/21/2025, ALL SALES are final & cannot be returned!

Damages:
All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of delivery or pick up date and must include an image of the damage. Report damages to forthewincollective@gmail.com with the subject line, "Damage" with your order number.

Incorrect / Missing Items
If you happen to receive the wrong item or are missing an item, please contact us by emailing forthewincollective@gmail.com with the subject line "Incorrect / Missing Items" with your order number and the name of the item that is incorrect or missing. All incorrect/missing order reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations & Changes:
We are unable to cancel or change ANY order placed for ANY reason. If eligible, you are welcome to return your item once you receive it.
